My daughter, grandson and myself chose this hotel after making it through the floods in Tennessee. We were stressed and exhausted. Mick,(front desk), asked us what we would like to eat for dinner and offered us discount coupons. This hotel is located just off the main road, in a quiet tree filled area. Our room was clean, and current, there are two sinks, a VERY COMFORTABLE MATTRESS! There was a lovely inside pool over looking the wooded area, very nice for relaxing. I know this is rather lengthy, but staying in many hotels during the year in many different cities, I wanted to point out the simple things that were so right with this hotel. The rooms were lovely and the temperature was controlled quietly and comfortably by a thermostat on the wall. There was even a heat lamp in the bathroom. We used the fridge in the room, the beds were soft pillow-topped, and the shower was perfect. The room with the heated indoor pool and hot tub was large, with a beautiful view and lovely beams in the high ceiling with huge gorgeous windows. Excellent location--quiet--loved it--but also convenient. Personnel friendly and helpful. The gift shop attendant was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided us with terrific day and night plans.
